If you are unfamiliar with his dam Dama Zorro, she was a talented sprinting mare that won 7 races for the stable. She showed an exceptional turn of foot, generally coming from the rear of the field to score over the top of them. A real stable favourite.

King of Comedy was a winner on debut at 2, and "put in an outstanding effort to finish second beaten a neck by Champion 3YO Miler in France Circus Maximus and half a length ahead of Champion 3YO Colt in Europe Too Darn Hot" - Novara Park website Broken in with Sam Beatson who described him as “an athletic type with great movement’.
